I wish people would stop promoting Established Titles. It's a scam. I know it looks real, but multiple people have looked into it. The company is based in Hong Kong. The government in Scotland does not recognize the legitimacy of these titles.

I mean, they gurantee your money back for like 2 months, and when I reneged and asked for a refund at like, 4 months, they gave me 100% no questions asked. Pretty much confirms that they can't legally do what they promise. That being said, it's for fun anyway. You'd have to be silly to think that paying $80 (or whatever the going price) for a nobility title is anything more than a novelty. Take the cool sheet of paper and don't worry. Unless the company is a front for traffiking or something like that, I really don't care.

I haven't heard of Highland Titles but if they make it clear that you don't actually become a Lord or Laird or whatever, then I'm cool with it. It's the lieing for money that I can't stand. As for donations to nature protections, Established Titles claims to plant trees with every purchase, but it isn't true. I hope that this Highland Titles really does donate to a nature reserve like they say they do.

If you actually check the public record, none of the plots they claim to own are actually owned by Established Titles. One is owned by a farm, another is owned by a property management company. The building that Google says is their address in Edinburgh doesn't actually have them listed as a tenant. Best information can be found by searching google for "Established Titles vs Highland Titles Comparison". And since Established Titles is actually a Hong Kong based company....good luck suing them for anything.

They ripped off Highland Titles which makes it clear it's not an actual title then missed the whole fake title thing in their advertising. It's gross advertising misconduct straight off the bat. That and the land they claim isn't actually their's, and they copy the tactics of smugglers to have an address in Edinburgh. Aka claim it's yours but don't use that address nor own it and hope no one comes knocking there.

A side note: if you start justifying on Ireland, begin the Civil War and then declare on Ireland, they will actually join the Axis, so when you win the war, you can actually annex them without bothering with an invasion in the first place. Just a neat thing I've noticed when going for this achievement; maybe it'll help someone else out there as well. (Oh, and the video itself is pretty fun ^^)

Should not work as Ireland shouldn't get war participation or you against them (though you could launch an invasion during the war). Alternativly you can likely get Ireland in your faction if you declare against them while being Nazi Germany and start the civil war without capping them. You only need Ireland as a staging ground so they work perfectly fine as an ally.

@@rutger5000 I've made sure to replay the same scenario just now and it's all the same. Normal difficulty, Ironman, Historical. First focus -- Oppose Hitler, use your first 50 pp to justify on Ireland. Once the war starts, take your sweet time, you don't want to defeat the Reich too quickly. The justification is ready in October. Declare on Ireland, it will join the Axis. Curbstomp the Reich, and in the resulting peace conference you WILL be able to annex Ireland even if they have 0 war participation (I checked that specifically). I'm not sure why it works, but maybe it has to do with how civil wars work in game; I was able to get half of Spain as Portugal by joining their civil war -- perhaps, a similar oddity's taking place here. Feel free to repeat the steps I've outlined to make sure you'll get the same result!

Austria will accept, making the civil war easier, and you'll auto annex and core Austria shortly after the war cause your in a faction and at peace.

So I did some research on which is more optimal: tanks early or improving the industry. Important to note that before NSB treaty with the USSR gave Germany a 2.0 year ahead of time penalty reduction on 1940 medium tanks. Now it only gives a 100% research booster. So by going the route you did and rushing tanks you can start researching the mediums and it would take about 530 days (with designer). However if you go for 4 year plan -> Autarky -> both of the civ focuses -> Army innovations -> by the time you finish treaty with the USSR it would take 469 days to research the mediums (with designer). If you spend 140 days doing the civ focuses it would only take 79 days longer to research the tanks due to the ahead of time penalty. Going for civs is at least in my books better because with the tank path you're losing 12 civs worth of industry for 140 days (army innovations + treaty with USSR) but you're not getting the tanks that much earlier.

Not gonna say it is the META but when i was trying to build ships ive always built the Super heavy battleship with best batteries and best radar i have. I manage to build just one or two until the beginning of the war as Germany but you know, quality over quantity and i put my submarines on convoy raiding in English channel with always engage as well as my ships in strike force. And when the engagement starts at the end my ships managed to sink half of the royal navy just by the super heavy battleship. You should try it.

Regarding naval meta: Just spam early cruiser hulls or '36 cruisers with armor 3, and max light attack (and AA). Make sure to put them on always engage and you are golden. Done by EfficientStrategyGaming, and seems to work reasonably well. Or just spam Carriers, they are OP again.

Idk why but The german civilwar for me is surprisingly hard. Never managed to ever hold southern Germany (despite having same amounts of units), and I really couldn't progress much in north either. No matter I battleplanned or micro'd it just wont work for me. Had to keep all units and fight a long micro war to win

Regarding the navy: You should put your navy on high risk/always engage. Your ships are disengaging way to early (nearly always the moment the battle begins), because you are at medium risk and the UK fleet is much larger than yours.

There is actually a bug with justification now where you do not need positive pp to continue justifying. It will throw the alert to warn you that it is not progressing but when you look at the timer it is progressing.

Heavy Cruiser is only meta if your fleet is saturated with carriers(4 is the practical maximum) because adding more carriers does not add more naval damage potential wheras adding more of any other ship does(they are not softcapped) If you have no carriers, it's in vain; enemy carriers can just rape your heavy cruisers anyways. I know how to start every single German civil war with 36 divisions for the monarchists vs 24 divisions for the Reich. Idk if its a bug but you can place all your divisions on area defense on a single tile in the far bottom left corner where Germany, France, and Switzerland all share borders. Than, when the war starts, as usual each Germany gets 24 divisions on a front together. But with 14 extra divisions that you had on area defense still in that bottom corner.

Budweis is taken by fate of czechoslovakia, guiness can be taken after the war quite easily, and by disbanding your faction and joining Japans you can get tsingtao by Japan, easy. I combined it with sealion and some other achievments in my own run

The most annoying piece about going Imperial Germany is that for some reason every time I play a non-historical path, Britain ALWAYS goes Communist and decolonizes. Because of this, I cannot fight Britain. Literally every version of Germany turns them Communist. The only time I've seen them go Fascist or stay Democratic in a non-historical game was when I was playing as Mexico.

Hey bittersteel, Im a navy guy and here is some info about why your fleet didn't do too well Most importantly, the British carriers tore you a new one. Carriers are incredibly powerful now and even in the hands of AI, they can and will ruin your day. Having green air is enough to prevent carrier naval bombers from taking off. Aside from that, you didn't have nearly enough heavy cruisers. Their battleships just tanked your heavy cruiser damage because they're battleships. You also had no light attack to deal with their screens. Lastly, retreating in a naval battle is basically the lose button. Always put your fleet on always engage and rather manually retreat if things start going wrong, when your navy retreats it basically goes stupid and you take alot of damage.

I really like this guide, its very helpful, and I love this channel, but trying to replicate the run, with the new updates, change a bit the strategy, now even being a brown country, you have to be in 70 percent of global tension to send equipment to Spain, or at least, send volunteers and then send the equipment, but you still have to fight the divisions on the civil war. one thing i like to do with major powers in peace deals is to first select all and then deselect the mainland so i can get all the colonial land for myself, after that i like to rub some salt in the wound by disuniting the mainland. sadly it seems that the new patch doesn't let me divide the land between my new puppets which does make for some disgusting borders.

Rushing treaty with USSR is kind of bad now. The tank techs you need to rush are just the guns, the chassis upgrades really don't offer much. It's best to just keep producing basic medium tanks and upgrading the gun as you research better ones. You get most of the benefits of having tanks from the massive breakthrough stat, just go riveted armor and build cheap tanks with tons of attack. It doesn't matter if they get pierced by AT, you have lots of them because they're dirt cheap and they have tons of attack and breakthrough. This is mostly just a result of the MP meta being that it's impossible to design a tank that won't be pierced by a competent player opponent. Building armor on tanks works in single player, but I still prefer to just spam cheap medium tanks with big guns on them.
