I've owned the edc27 since it became available. It replaced the E4K nitecore I carried faithfully everyday. Yes, literally everyday. My edc27 has been beat to hell. But hasn't failed. Lenses are scratched to death, but still throws enough that it doesn't bother me. Buttons are still operational, thankfully, after hundreds of drops. Impressed, it survived me this long.

I have been carrying the regular EDC27 for about a year now. I absolutely love it! Fun fact: Last night I happened to look out my window at about 1:00am. At that moment I saw a guy dressed in all black with a mask on approaching my truck. He checked the door handle. I immediately grabbed my EDC27 and hit him with the strobe. He took off running. I'm sure he was a little disorientated from the bright strobe. Flashlights are such a valuable tool. I highly recommend that everyone has a good one.

I bought two of edc27 (ogs) one for each one of my Nut Sac slings. I am in The process of building two new edc bags for the upcoming fall and winter months. One of my sling bags I won in a Marine X give away. Thank you again X for the giveaway away opportunity.

EDC27 UHi here and love it. Glad to see you did this video. For me the small differences was worth paying the extra over the regular EDC27. I've used a friends regular 27 and the buttons on the UHi just fell more tactile also. Maybe it was just me.

The EDC27 is a beast! I keep one in my van console. I love the OLED screen. My only gripe is that the UI is complicated. I keep it in my console so I can fiddle with it and keep in practice; I'm not so much a slow learner as I am a VERY quick forgetter..... 😂😢😂😢. I like that they print the instructions on the EDC25

Have the EDC27 in the truck, its a great flashlight. It's too long/ tall for a pocket edc. I'm hoping they will shrink that battery in the near future in order to be able to comfortably edc.

I have both. To be clear, the 27 is more of a flood, but the UHI version is more of a spot.

I know you love your "flats" and I'm a fan of duel fuel lights these days. If it isn't a duel fuel then I need onboard charging flashlights. That's my preference.

Not me. My max size phone with a case is entirely too big to be putting in my mouth. 😉 Plus the awkward neck strain. Forget it! My microstream is always clipped in my pocket. Better and faster in every way even if my phone was already in my hand. Unless I’m naked that light is on me. It’s a perfect light for when you’re not carrying a more substantial light. I like having a light for when I’m not carrying a light, a gun for when I’m not carrying a gun, and a blade for when I’m not carrying a blade. For some that makes perfect sense and other people might wonder if English is my first language. 😂

I got the Notecore edc27 UHI a couple months ago and love it a lot. But one thing I can’t stand is the green tint on ultra low, low, and medium mode. I’ve never had a flashlight with that greenish of a tint before and it just makes everything ugly. Besides that I love it. It fits better in my pocket than any light I have. But because of the tint I’m sticking with my Olight Warrior mini 3.

A good flashlight is something I have not bought myself for my own EDC. Today, my wife asked me for a flashlight for work, I'm thinking this new one sounds like a solid win. Plus it's for her, how can she say no to that price now? I'll update from the dog house later.
