Your last words are very true and practical. Now, it would be impossible for small borrowers to find a guaranter and get a loan . This situation will also put negative impact on the amount of total loan disbursement of banks.

The properties of guarantor and his family ( wife, childrens and parents) should be included in the list. So permission from them also be taken before the loan.

আপনার এই মতের সাথে বিনয়ের সাথে দ্বিমত করছি যে ঋণ নিলে গেরান টার প্রয়োজন নাই । আপনি যদি ১০০% নিরচিত হন যে লোকটি ১ লক্ষ্য টাকা ঋণ নিলে ফেরত দিবে তাহলে আপনার গেরান টার হতে সমস্যা কি ?
