You are still hurting from that, then it passes into the urethra and all the sharp edges just tear you up on the way out. My grandpa was a tough veteran, but even he flipped out. When it happened to me I thought "hey what's this feeli... OH BOY WHAT WHAT?!" *on the floor moaning in pain, rolling over repeatedly* When I got to the hospital after freaking out rolling in the bottom of the truck they gave me an IV of dilaudid and broke it up so it could pass. At least the dilaudid was good.
