Yes you have to pay taxes on every transaction if you want to stay out of trouble with the tax agency. Unless you pay your taxes and then just exchange to USDT after you paid your taxes and then you can spend with your card without declaring each transaction.

Every time you spend a crypto it is converted to fiat. So it is like a sell. So it is a taxable event
