I remember the first time I saw this movie. On of the kids from my Mom's day care had brought it one summer. I havent seen it since. I just had this viceral memory of the Babies in the hospital making a rainbow, and being really grossed out. 😂 I liked it because of the VO work, the animation was solid, and Lil and Phil had some great jokes. I'm gonna give it 3/5 Complete aside, do you remember those Burger King watches for Rugrats in Paris movie came out?

Folks don't remember Burger King was going head to head in the toy department - definitely remember those watches.
