How olive oil is made.
Merga Oliva is a family business in LaHiguera (Andalusia, Spain), where, in the winter, they make their own extra virgin olive oil of excellent quality.
Also, farmers in the area with a small amount of olive trees can bring their olives to Merga Oliva and in an hour or so they take their olive oil back home.
In the film one can see the whole process of olive oil making.
