Yes sir in question no.82 13:57 NBFC can take LAF As they can Be Primary Dealers(PD) And in RBI circular Schedule banks and PD can take LAF Many coaching have given wrong answer

But it's exclusively written SCB, RRB and PD can access LAF but not NBFC.

I have all the related articles on rbi no where it is written LAF facility for nbfc, it's clearly written nbfc will be provided liquidity help only through TLTRO.
