Composition and election international court of justice(ICJ) ICJ comprise total of 15 members. The tenure of judges of ICJ is 9 years. There are two bodies in icj United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) and United Nations Security Council (UNSC) these bodies vote separately. Just that International law is not followed it doesn't means that there is no International law it simply means that they are not enforced strictly by the authorities as state laws is also violated rapidly despite that no one says that there is no law So, International law is not dead only it is not followed properly as it didn't have any authority to enforce the International law.
