He's welcome to sleep in the ones I am not sleeping in. But divorcing after a lifetime of building a very upper middle class lifestyle would be economic suicide. A married couple I know are in the process of doing just that. They're in their 70s, just had a 50k roof put on their half million dollar house and now it's been sold at a loss. She's going to be much poorer, so is he. Proving that relationships are all different is the fact that, while infidelity was involved, SHE left him for someone else. I can't imagine how she has the energy at almost 10 years my senior 😳

There is a misunderstanding about Muslims and 2nd wives. Usually the 2nd is a divorcee or widow with kids, he's doing a charity. He's not marrying a bunch of virgins at one time. Also there is the case where a couple is on the verge of divorcing, but instead of that he stays married to her and stays in his kids' lives, but moves on to start a 2nd family. His 1st wife is on the back burner they are not living together. It's preferable to divorce as his 1st family stays relatively intact and she is still financially supported. It's hardly a "harem" 😉
