at 2:49 (split into grid) the total rows value is 767 and columns value is 1199 but your artboard size is 1200px x 768? Why it is not the same?

what am I doing wrong ? my guide lines are going through midle of pixels so my first guide line is aoutside my artboard and eveything don't want to snap to it :(
