All these videos show you have to access command prompt. BUT... MY command prompt is pass key protected. So if I can't remember my key, how do I access my command prompt????? I have tried resetting it and it won't reset, won't let me use command prompt, or any other process that is shown on these videos.

i dont know why but when i typed net user created a user and typed the name and addrd it said the user was successfully created but could not be added to the users local group??
