Just bought the same bus, got it home, played with all the emergency exits and now it won't start. I'm going to try this and hopefully that is the problem. Thank you!!

This video was a godsend- although that system in my '98 International was located under the hood, grounding the #58 was all it took to bypass the interlock and get the rig rolling! Thank you thank you thank you.

Thanks a whole bunch. For some reason my bus wouldn’t turn over and had no buzzer. Did this, bus started and when I opened the rear door, it still buzzed! That’s an easy fix though. Oh, btw 1994 AmTrans here.

Glad it helped you! I drove my bus all the way home with the buzzer sounding because of a issue with my interlock. Was the longest 3hrs of my life

D1Snobs I'm glad it was helpful. My conversion isn't complete, but it is usable at this point. Just don't have finishing touches in yet. Plan to finish this winter. Let me know if you run into any other issues.

I am curious what your drive train is? Mine has the DT466 with the Ali 545. It seams underpowered. I'm told it's the tranni. When I start it I have to depress the accelerator pedal to the floor and release it, while the motor is cranking. If I don't, it won't start. Do you know if this is normal? I just started my conversion a couple weeks ago. Seats are out, floor is striped and prepping to raise the roof 20"s. Thanks, Eric.

I have a 2009 Thomas HDX. Removed the wheelchair lift, engine turns over, but the gas pedal won't work.

i have a 1996 international thomas and my wires are 33 29 and i believe 30 but i cannot for the life of me find the solenoid where they all connect to.

I have same bus with wheelchair but mine transmission is locked , i can’t get it out of parking, the sticker on dashboard says equipped with ADA transmission interlock, please if someone knows how to unlock it
