What does it mean if my kegerator stopped cooling altogether? I had ice in the back of my kegerator like yours did and I didn't defrost it. A few weeks later it stopped cooling.

Insulate the tower as well. Every pour is foamy if you don't.

Yes, especially in an outdoor setup. You need a fan to blow cold air up into the tower, & an insulated tower...otherwise the beer that sits in the tower WILLget hot, & hot beer is sh*t beer.
