We love Byrd’s Branch Campground as well. They’ve set out more trees since this video and it’s filling in nicely. Very nice folk running the campground. It’s the ninth of June now and it’s getting hot now but the camp spots next to the creek are cool, even up during the day. We’ve enjoyed our stay here and will DEFINITELY be back.

There is a new campground below the house in Chatsworth, Ga. It's call 411 River Rest Campground very nice place!! Owners are very nice! When they get finished building they with have 67 sites, and it's very pretty down there!!

One of my favorite weekender campgrounds. We go their often and love the owners who are extremely accommodating. It is a small campground so do make reservations if you are doing so "in season" but we have done some last minute stays and they were able to accommodate. As he said, there is plenty of hiking (Stone Mountain), wineries, breweries and distilleries. Elkin is worth a visit if you have not been there before. Great video and Great Campground!

Another great video Jerry. We just spent a week at Clovis Point in Arrowhead Park. Got a pull-thru with full hook-ups. Was just as pretty as you said. Met some wonderful locals and had a great time. Next month we'll be at Ocean Grove for three Weeks! Keep those reviews coming!

Great place. Temps? Depended on the day. 65 highs for a couple. Two mornings in the high 20’s, but warmed up quickly.

How about that. Jerry and Sarah Byrd were the owners. Sold campground while we were there. We met and spoke with the new owners multiple times while we were there. Great couple who will do a great job with the campground. Oh, campground is located on Martin Byrd Rd. Another long lost cousin? And Merlefest announced yesterday it will be postponed this year. I hope this virus settles soon. We’re heading south. Giving it another week and will probably park a while till this thing settles.
