Byredo is such a great brand! Bal D’Afrique actually does so well on my skin I just love it 🥰 I have a sample of Blanche and I have a sample of warm cotton, I must compare them! From my memory I wouldn’t think they were very similar, but I have never done a side-by-side comparison :) One of my favourites from Byredo is Mojave ghost, I would love to try lots more from this brand! I am going back and watching your older videos while I wait for the premiere of your part two summer video! 😍

Hi Tammy! Thanks for watching 🥰🥰, I also love Byredo and I know Bal D'Afrique is a great fragrance, but as much as I'd love to, I can't love it ☺ it just doesn't work well with my chemistry. Now, Blanche and Warm Cotton are not similar in terms of the scent itself, but they have very similar vibes because both are very clean and I think Warm Cotton is a good, affordable option for someone looking for a clean, crisp fragrance without spending too much $$ if it makes sense. Mojave Ghost is very nice!!! Have you tried Sundazed? I've also talked about a Byredo fragrance in my last video ("Fragrances nobody talks about"), check it out if you didn't 😘

I actually do have a sample of sundazed and I like it but I need to give it another chance because it was different than what I was expecting so I need to test it again as it is without any expectations 😆

Warm cotton is way more soapy compared to Blanche. Blanche is much more interesting and clean, without being too soapy. I will buy 100 ml of Blanche at the airport in tax free shop. And maybe some other Byredos 😄

Bal D’Afrique is amazing , it’s so unique, fresh and clean.. I do where in warmer months but would never object to wearing it all year long. I also adore Mojave Ghost. It reminds me of a grown up, smokier version of Marc Jacobs Daisy. So Sophisticated and beautiful. I highly recommend this house when you are looking for YOUR scent. I do not smell these on many people

Loved this video! I have Byredo LaTuilp & I love it! I also sampled Casablanca Lily, I love it. It’s just a bit pricey for1.6 oz even though it’s an extrait.

Glad to hear that!! I love La Tulipe 🌷! Yes Byredo is on the higher $ range and Casablnca Lily is actually extrait de parfum that’s why it’s probably more expensive but at least his fragrances are not generic, they’re truly unique and not too many people wear them. Thanks for watching! 🤗

I have been hearing and seeing Byredo fragrances since forever... i have never smelled them.. but recently a friend sent me a decant of Inflorescence.. and it was actuaæly really nice... smelled familiar.. not a scent that reminded me of a perfume i smelled.. but probably from a person that i know that wore it... 🤍

I get you. In Europe Byredo has been around for a while, people at least have seen the brand and either tried or smelled it from someone, here in the US is rather "new" though, it's been around for only a few years. I love this house all their fragrances smell so clean and "ready to wear", uncomplicated. Inflorescence and La Tulip are my favorites (I love white flowers ;-) ). 💕

That said, Inflorescence is honestly an all year round type of scent it’s not the typical spring floral even though it’s a floral fragrance. Byredo has very unique fragrances, they’re anything but conventional.

Hi! I always want to recommend something really similar and so far I haven’t found anything even close to these two. If I do find some I’ll definitely let you know . That being said I’d suggest that you try a rose & oud fragrance but it has to have Taif rose because this type of rose has a “fizzy” almost “sparkling” feeling to it that most roses don’t have and I believe you’ll get a closer vibe to Portrait of a Lady. Also, Black Rose Oud by Trish McEvoy although not QUITE similar it still has the same vibe I’d say among those I’ve tried so far it is the closest. As for Carnal Flower I may have an idea I need to find a box where I’ve got perfumes and will let you know @andrayoanna22 . Thanks for watching 🤗

Actually it's a very subtle fragrance and it's not smoky probably the smoke-y smell you're getting is from the leather note but it's soft, it should go away after 15 mins or so but you know, it all depends on our skin. In the dry down it's more vanilla than leather.

@@baboolgh5519 Hi. The only Byredo fragrance that I've tried that is slightly powdery is Blanche. It's very clean and crisp and the dry down is slightly powdery but it's not a 100% powdery scent. Hope it helps!

Blanche is a beautiful fragrance, very clean, crisp, minimalist, and abstract so to speak, and sometimes when something smells clean people associate the smell with clean laundry but to me it's way more than that. Get tons of compliments when wearing it so it's definitely a crowd-pleaser and a safe one for the office.
