I understand this guilt Katie is talking about ALL TOO WELL, 45:09-46:26, " *No one outside of you can effect or hurt you - Or Help You. You know how we have these beautiful books throughout the ages that tell the truth? We could say, where's the enlightenment if they're so effective? We read them and we just get a feel good. You know, some connection. But this, when you go in and read the Book Of You, and that's what I love about perfection, we can't read ourselves awake. But you can go inside and find it. And it doesn't give an inch until it's your experience and you give you that. It's just a feel good. And then it turns into guilt. If I was really following the book I would be well. So the guilt trip. So you go back to the book again. That's the book (The Book Of You).* " Thank you Always In The Now.
