You show remarkable maturity for a 12 year-old. It's nice of you to attribute what Henderson did to a "freshman mistake" -- but when you get a little older and someone grabs you by the wrist, you may interpret the act as aggressive, and respond accordingly. I'm sorry that you're fighting at school with Ute fans, but suggest that Max Hall, Jackson Emery, Tavernari and whoever assaulted Whit's wife at this year's football game contributed. Maybe you shouldn't get into fights over those guys.

Henderson's arm flail was nothing compared to BYU's Miles kicking Andrew Bogut in the back. Henderson's arm swing wouldn't have any power behind it. Emery did a good job of dramatizing things by falling to the ground like that.

I didn't "abandon" the Constantine argument. I pointed out that the Methodist Church derives from Protestantism, not Catholicism/Constantine. I also pointed out that JS joined The (Methodist) Church seven years after the date he assigned to The First Vision. You "countered" that he was interested in Methodism beFORE The First Vision. I pointed out that "saints" does not mean "set apart." But your "argument" assumes that you're alREADY members of Christ's Church -- not worth a response.

You end sentences with prepositions like no one I've ever met. Joseph took what he liked from Methodism, as he did from every other church that was in upstate New York in 1820 (or 1830). It's just how he made the Lamanites a lost tribe of Israel after checking "A View of the Hebrews" out of the Palmyra public library. No one knows - but I know a lot more than you. I ask you questions to get you to think and otherwise test you. You don't answer them because you can't. I know what that means.

He got himself, his brothers (don't forget the one that BY had murdered so he could be ELECTED as Joseph's successor . . . look it up!) and hundreds of other people killed because he was such an asshole. He wrote the Book alright -- the Book of Moon, The Book of Manson, The Book of Monson (zing!), The Book of (Jim) Jones, The Book of Koresh, etc. Their followers' testimonies were no different from yours.

Not with only seven years of studying. Be assure that I know exactly what I'm missing and rejecting. I know enough to do that. You don't. Jesus's blood is the only blood that saves. Accept Him and his Atonement for our sins and human frailties. I mean this in all sincerity. You do not have to be a Mormon to accept Christ's Divinity. Why do you go to a Church that doesn't have Saints except in its name? Why don't you just join the Church of Christ if it's all in the name? Why do you link Protestant Churches to Catholicism? Watch the birdie, Bronco. You say JS was a prophet who restored God's True Church. If that's what you think, the FACT that he was a Methodist should tell you that God;s True Church was already here. Under your own rubric, you should be a Methodist. The truth hurts sometimes, but it will also make you free.
