+Brandon Van Jimmer tested much faster and stronger in the combine than Steph (look it up), and he only gives up an inch in height, but has a good 15 lbs of muscle on him. Jimmer is plenty big and athletic for an NBA PG - well above average, actually. The big things that Steph has on Jimmer are his handles and a system that adapted to him. That's how he's able to get his shot off with such ease. Hopefully Jimmer figures that part out, because love him or hate him, nobody can deny how fun he was in college.

The knocks on Jimmer: He is a bad defender - partially true He is slow - mostly false He is undersized for the NBA - true He PROBABLY has a bad attitude - false When Jimmer got minutes in the NBA, he performed well, when he didn't get a lot of minutes his cumulative stats were poor. Why you wouldn't want to have his range on your bench is anyone's guess. I have an extremely hard time believing role players in the NBA are better than Jimmer - have never seen anything to make me believe otherwise. I'm willing to believe Jimmer found himself on the wrong side of politics in the NBA, but can't be sure...

He needs the right team. Not just Coach Smart. Everyone keeps blaming him, but Smart is put in a terrible situation by the GM who keeps going after a guard in trades/singings. Giving Smart 4-5 players who can play the guard position and Jimmer gets lost in the shuffle. That has to do with Sacramento not yet having an identity. First they wanted to build around Tyreke, now possibly Cuz. Once they find an identity, Jimmer will find out if he belongs in SAC or not. Right now he doesn't.
