Thanks for this! You’re the most concise & clear instructor on the internet as far as Im concerned. Quick question: Is the triangle more effective if your far leg is over the far shoulder because you get better posture control? I have been drilling it and I get a little awkward when the leg is above the shoulder to start.

Great video! When moving your partners arm to the other side in a trap triangle , do you see any risk with the opponent using that momentum to posture out of the trap triangle? I know that crossing the arm is standard protocol. Thank you!

No - posture control comes through your legs drawing his upper body in and a scoop grip, so moving the arm is ok 👍🏼
