@@taraspargo2715 you have to make sure the tripods poles are all actually on it. I tuck it in real tight on the right corner of the dock. Front pole in the corner and just maneuver til the other legs are good too

Thanks to the wealth of knowledge in this video, I conquered Emerald Lake. Your videos have always been helpful but this one kicked ----. The narrow purple barbless lure was all I needed, I tried a feeder rod with stand but the "juggling" is too much. I went from 101 coins to 116, $19,??? to $57726-Incredible, Level 24 to 27- I never leveled higher than 1 level in a day prior to today. I fished through 5 fishing days peak times with a 2 day license, so tomorrow-more of the same. THANKS again.

a little tip guys to let you have much less pain: you can spool forrward time without time penalty at night. So you can skip to the evening or night and if your net is full you can just skip to late niight and from there to evening or night of the next day and so on.

Tip for beginners if you have a kayak go to the Lilly pad spot to the left and go to 9pm and use a 3foot crank and keep casting I between your guaranteed a walleye almost every cast

One thing though they did change, u can sell your fish before u pay for the next day, SO if u have 3000. u can go to emerald lake. fish skip to next morning after done fishing for the night and u get the money for the fish then u can pay the 500 for the next day now. which is much better imo

My leader broke everytime on the same exact feeder setup you have. Other then 1 time I lost 15 fish as soon as I picked up the rod the tension just snapped my line every time. I tried all sorts of variations of reeling too

Just a note. You get $1500? every time you level up. Sometimes you can assume you’ll level up when catching you fishnet. So you don’t always need to plan on having money for the next day!

Also at Emerald Lake at the moment. General question this time. Because my 5yo insisted, I rented a boat for a bit. It is fun, granted, but seems expensive and not really necessary? In the end is renting or buying one financially worth it? Do you use it enough to warrant buying one. And then a Kayak or a motor boat? Maybe you got a video on that, but I haven't found it yet.

Yeah, there isn’t much use for a boat early on except for just wanting to try something new. The opportunities they may come in handy for are going to be when targeting large fish you wouldn’t be able to fight from the bank. Otherwise, your first boat you buy will most likely be for Blue Crab Island.

4:48 actually that's false, if you afford the travel cost, when you don't have money for the next day you can go to the next day, you can get the fish sold and then pay for the next day, that's what I found out, may not work for other people but sure does for me

Depending on your gear, I’d head back to lone star and catch another 1500 worth of bass, then go to emerald for walleye. Once you spend a few days there you’ll be able to move to everglades
