Am I mistaken or is agnostic just trash? Seems like they made it for new players? Why would you choose flat values over the passive effects from orbs?

Agnostic is better for laning and right click. Elitist is only good for sustaining in lane and the move speed

@@commanderyeti3646 laning is better? level one exort 3 damage flat. quas maybe okay with the dot. elistist gives u lifesteal with quas, ms with wex, spell amp debuff with exort per instance whereas agnostic is not active dependent. sure it got nerfed but on paper it seems like a way better pick
