Enjoying tea doesn’t add calories to our body. My tea preparation is absolutely different to that of common practice with most of us. You can say it as “tea ceremony” like Japan. I never add tea leaves to the boiling water. I brew tea leaves. I use 100% Darjeeling leaf tea first flash. I first rinse the clay teapot with hot water and add tea leaves to the pot and add boiling water as per the required quantity and put the lid on and cover the teapot with a woollen tea-cosy and allow brewing for four to five minutes and then transfer the liquor to the tea pot and ship like wine and enjoy the aroma. I never add sugar and creamer.
