Hybe really is the future design company, Hybe really tries to make there no hierarchy and just good work with serious professionalism when it comes to meeting and the goal of the project, the fact that Zico as the executive producer doesn't have a separate desk from other employee is something, of course I'm pretty sure that he has different room or studio for music but when it's come to office room their just work in the same room freely is really cool.

If Bang PD wants you, you have talent and drive. Its a huge compliment. I see Zico being an absentminded /genius type. He has so much on his mind he forgets lil things. I think the lip balm is a way to soothe his anxiety . I would rub my lips together or bite them when uncomfortable. They are always dry and tingling . So like him i love lip balms. Its a comfort. My advice to him is find you favorite brand and buy in bulk😉
