Pretty sure the proton collider is an antimatter based weapon, so I don't know why the mod has 2 different factions with the same superweapon type. Not that either portrays antimatter being used as it would happen. Antimatter coming into contact with regular matter would cause an explosion visually similar to a nuke

The billions of nanites count as individual units, which sales up the Proton Collider's damage. Same effect but smaller happens when the Proton Collider hits large clumps of units or wall segments.

So this is the weakness of the Imperial Nanoswarm- not only that the units and structures inside its field are vulnerable to the Psionic Decimator, but most particularly- to the Allies Proton Collider... And the Eastern Loong's Antimatter Storm Speaking of the devil- the Antimatter Storm is quite promising, hopefully it can function as the Allied Generals' Particle Uplink Cannon, wherein you can select and guide the Beam Strike to affect more targets...
