In the first phantom mirror match you had that second missile locked. Look back. All you had to do is move one of your flying units one square to block him getting on the pad and that gives you the half second you needed to fire the nuke.

The banshee could've been good for supporting the phantom, the 60 cost banshee can chip the other phantom to death, like shoot the enemy phantom with you're phantom then the banshee finishes it off

On these maps, catship probably is good enough, making the banshee a decent backup for the phantom in those phantom mirror fights. But if you lead drone scout unit, might not be able to get catship out in time to stop ye olde jumpjet rush? Dont know for sure

So the main reason I didn't want to play Banshee is that it is an incredibly inefficient unit. Banshee very rarely beats anything for cost except stuff that doesn't shoot back, since I'm only playing air units my opponents will only ever make anti air and therefore Banshee will get no good targets

GDI APC is the best build atm, cheap air like talon or drone + jump jet is also very common build
