I think she wants to experiment with stuff, but don't want burden others with the changes shes making, and thus leaves so they wont have to carry anything. The way Jay runs his companies I'm sure he wouldn't have cared what the heck she did, but because of how she is, she wouldn't want him and his agency to pay for all the experiments and changes she likes to make. In the end Jessi is better off with her own company, this way she can do whatever without having to consider other people.

He first founded AOMG with his friend, its based in South Korea, aiming for more Korean audiences. Then he started H1GHR with the same friend, aiming at more foreign audiences, that label also has some artists who are based in the US. While MOREVISION is like a different type of company, he’ll be giving more chances to dancers, producers and performers. It will probably focus more on pop culture than hip hop, which is the main focus of his two previous labels.

He is focusing on MoreVision atm, which is more of an all rounded label and they are going to build an idol group. So most of the current addition to morevision will help to grow the group together.

All three companies are siblings basically, the way I see it they’re are jsut different genre for different stages of the artist. With more vision, He wants to approach a more broad spectrum of artist with more pop sounds and having trainees to make idol groups as well. Meenoi is AOMG new addition and I think they specifically have her and jay on the same episode bc they’re all the same umbrella. He look out for AOMG artist all the same.

Why not? Some people like to challenge themselves with different projects. He was the CEO of AOMG for 10 years and very successfully, but the company is hiphop and rnb focused, and he wanted to create his own boy group now, thus he opened More Vision. Training a group from zero requires a lot of his time so he left the CEO position on the other companies, but he is still an adviser.
