When I'd play the normal game campaign, I would get a sigh of relief and encouragement whenever I heard that voice. We even used that "reinforcement has arrived" line at school when some of our mates were in trouble with a rival group. Nasty public schools but teaches you the root of "gang lands."

In Red Alert Aftermath, sometimes you get reinforcements with demolition trucks included. They can be very helpful, unless there just happens to be enemies near their landing zone.
