The trick of the hard level final mission is DO NOT BUILD NUCLEAR MISSILE. Then the enemy will never use supreme weapons. After capturing the secret lab, expand the "boundary" to the middle until the hill side. Then build cannons to attack all enemies. Then firstly destroy Allies pycho, and then use Chrono Trooper to eliminated Soviet nuclear station. Then use climate weapon (or you can build nuclear missile now) to destroy the Soviet pycho. Finally eliminate Yuri without difficulty.

Man. When I was a kid, I got three childhood crushes. First was Rukia Kuchiki, second was Sayla Mass/Artesia Som Deikun, and third was Lieutenant Zofia. Man she's hot, and that cool attitude of her constantly made 9 year old me swoon. I remember winning the missions just so I could get her to assess me as a worthy commander. I could care less about the Soviet Union, and even less about the grand scheme of things. Good times. Top C&C girl she is.
