Nice video but players that isn't good with macro or know keybinds shouldn't follow this strategy. I recommend watching this guy older guide from 2015 where he spammed infantry and go to the GLA base top left instead.

i just realized you used that tank hunter to garrison the water pump station as a distraction to the massive army of GLA that was on that side and used your main army to rush and breach through the GLA base, you are goddamn awesome!

I played this game yesterday for almost all day. This level the next level is kind of annoying too. But the same way he beat this is the same way i beat it, except i used more battle masters than he did. I felt the gatlin tanks were weak against scuds. But this method is solid. 1. Kill all the camo netting. 2. destroy all the scuds. 3. They only continue to build scuds from the two tank factories in the north west so if you get to those and destroy them or take them over (which is what i do) then we wont see anymore scuds. 4. This game does a ton of distractions when you are attacking so you have to multi task like crazy and go to a whole nother side of the battle field while you are fighting a fight. 5. And most important..protect your base. Never let the sneak attack take over anything guard you base. Yesterday i lost about 10 times in a row. But the last time i blew up the statue in the north and the game wasn't over. I still had 25 seconds to go so i blew up the statue on the south which i forgot. The problem is most of these games you get no time limit. Time is against you in this game. The best bet is just grab troops and keep on moving up hill not stopping. Waiting till they come to your base is how you die.

There's no way this is hard. All my missions are on hard and this is the only mission that I can't accomplish. Everytime I get attacked by a SCUD, which I cant even see, half my time is gone and then the scorpion and quad cannon finish me off. I cant even get to one statue without having half my team slaughterd

Nah, this mission really is hard, mostly because all units available to China are slow and get destroyed easily. Using cheap infantry that can spread out is best. This is the only C&C Generals map I had to use a tutorial to beat on Hard.

@@TchxznuDchxznu actually just build some bunkers and Gatling guns also a nuke canon is a must to deal with the Humvees in the early game and build an airport and bombard the supply centers as soon as possible. P.S.: they won't rebuild. Also consider sending a wave of planes to destroy the scudstorm even if no planes return and you'll win even in hard easily. Pro hint: capture the gla base don't destroy it it will be helpful.

Overlord with gatling and propa And i forgot what tank it is but its op against infantry and it shoots too long range and letting me hit one scud just to build nuke and let my hacker go far away that time

@@polpojliekwanjaroen3511 it's a matter of consistency, especially for new or inexperience players. if all other bullet weapons kill stingers, why is gatling an exception? is just me being anal with game design

@@HibiscusOrchid If I have to back up for the game design, there actually might be logical for gatling to doesn't work. The Stinger troops are garrison behind the more or less safe cover of which high accuracy shots are required in order to hit the soldiers. That's why infantry like Ranger, Red Guard and, especially, Pathfinder are able to hit them. However, shooting from vehicle like Humvee and Gatling tank, despite their higher destructive power, delivers lower accuracy thus only damaging their cover. Then again, by this logic, infantry should have also been able to kill soldier garrisoned in civilian building. So in the end, I think it's a matter of game balance because it would be too weak since just a one or two bullet based vehicles would render them useless.

Both Scud and Buggies are annoying. Those buggies like to throw off a volley and then scurry away, leaving no chance of retaliation due to their long range and high speeds

worked for me too so i did a hardcore run on generals recently, and this is the one mission that shouldnt have been in the game, not even on easy imho. the timer completly ruins the map and i can imagine this mission ruins the game for some ppl. as for me, i did this run in 20 min but [this run] with almost 30 hours of reload old saves just cause the scudlaunchers have a range beyond sight. as i was doing this i forgot how bad the china campaig was and started looking for some mods xd [ye only at this point in my hardcore run hehe] the infantry are just for cannon fodder, but is a valid and working strategy ,also getting the pump is a must to distract a large portion of the army, to cross bridge on other side, the only way to beat this mission is to know it inside out on hardcore, witch is bull in my book , might just as well cheat cause you know everything anyway xD in the future if i do a run on hardcore, i will make sure to mod and/or skip this mission [or even the china campaign] , its just not fun , im glad its almost at end of the expansion.

He selected the barracks/war factory then pressed Ctrl + 1 or 2, after that when he presses 1 or 2, you will automatically select the barracks/war factory across the map without needing to go back to your base.

This mission is rigged to be too hard, they have unlimited resource despite having only one black market and no supply gathering. China is crippled without having its full capabilities of units and abilities. No nukes, no artillery, no overlord and, most importantly, no hackers (except those three guys at the start that doesn't help very much). While GLA has their full armory of weapons and units. Thanks god the dev didn't include SCUD Storm for them. For you to form a strategy to defeat this you have my respect 🙏

Cnchd I can do this mission in 10 minute but I am sure u can do less if u follow my strategy, I will only use tanks because they are faster and the beginning tank I would destroy the first 2 international opninon with the beginning tank and then get a reforsment with 2 war factory after I get about 4 more tank I would continue attack and bringing reforsment until I reach the bridge I would make a big army and then continue attacking but I will not destroy everything I will make a way to destroy the last international opninon

The Hero Sight I have not tried it out (yet) but I dont think your strategy will succeed on Hard mode. Stingers and garrisoned buildings are just to strong. It would be great if you could prove your point with a video. I will also try your strategy once Im back home after work
