I've done this mission so many times and never thought to just blitz the base infront of me. I always played it out like a bitch and just made graveyards of tanks around my base with the neutron shells lol

I was gonna quit my hard campaign runs at this mission, but watching this has inspired me to keep going and think more aggressively lol, I don't think I'll be half this efficient, but you show missions like this are more manageable than they first seem

My defensive line when I have take GLA worker structures as PLA. Stinger nests flanked by miniguns. Speaker behind Stingers (to patch up Stinger troops and artillery) and nuke artillery behind Stingers and/or Gatling gun nest. Repeat until defensive line is complete. Use Tunnel Network as gates in and out of base on defensive line and put next to infantry and vehicle buildings for obvious reasons. Palace can also be put on defensive line if desired. I like to put GLA rebels and RPG troops in Battlemaster bunker w/Kell as you can upgrade their weapons unlike the PLA of China.
