No, really. This one nameless civilian is absolutely critical to the mission for some reason. If he dies, everything is lost. One poxy, nameless berk who's happily been living in a fucking desert while surrounded by fucking Visceroids and encroaching Tiberium.

GDI 287: Doomed Desert
One of the easiest missions I have played, which is all the more surprising when you consider just how cruel so many of Tiberian Dawn's missions could be, official and unofficial alike.
Especially when it comes to those from The Covert Operations.

No, this isn't an orignal Covert Operation -- this one's a custom mission, although with 1.06c it can be loaded from the 'New Missions' menu. You can find this and (literally) hundreds more SP missions for TD over at CNCNZ.

emmanuel vargas The point was to rescue people who were struggling in a tiberium wasteland. Surprisingly, just one person is an achievement for all GDI.

The point was messing around with the terrain, mostly, lol. As for the one person win thing, sadly it's an engine limitation. You can't make it require multiple evacuees.
