Abu Dhabi’s challenge should be the “Skyscraper team building exercise.” Give Charles and Carlos an engineer each. Then provide them with tape, uncooked spaghetti, and marshmallows (or you could use tape, paper cups and cardboard). Each team must build a FREE standing tower using all provided materials. The tallest one at the end of 10/20/30* minutes wins. (*however much time you want to give them)
