Toy drone? It's an intermediate drone man, it's really good. I'm using for personal purposes, I can't find one weak point for the price that is asked for it. Of course there are better drones out there, but they also are incredibly expensive.

Dude,when you crashed you was in sport mode and the sensor does not work as you specifically said previously,watch you video, there was the S on the upper left hand side of the screen, I have the same drone, agree the camera is not so good, but in normal mode it never crashed. Also , for the price, it’s a good drone, if people looks for a solid 60fps 4 k, the only answer is DJi at 900 bucks, not everyone can afford it + the additional batteries and the care refresh, around 1100$. For beginners this drone is excellent, not Chinese crap you find on Amazon , and not expensive as the dji

The obstacle avoidance sensor doesn't work, but the bottom sensors should. That's why it is optical flow and ultrasonic sensors.

@@ChadB You should send the video to RC contacting them so they can analyze the data and change the software .Personally, , even if it was a DJI, I would never trust those sensor going at 25 mp/h and in front of the drone there is a hill and expecting the drone would climb automatic due those sensors. the Drone crashed because there was a hill, and those sensors are under the drone in the midle, and it hit the nose, 13:11

you may want to consider potensic atomic see. great camera with 4k@30fps recording and 12mp camera. costs about 200USD. flymore combo is about 250usd. it doesn't have 3 axis gimbal but eis. On the other hand, its brother, the atom, has the same specs but with 3 axis gimbal. costs about 250usd and 300usd for flymore. I'd say for 200usd, unless you really need that tilt-proof camera feature of 3 axis gimbal, it is the best bang for the buck

@@happyface0634 no dji would have made that it would have been in parts all on the ground and you see more dji fly aways then any other drone but dji gives alot of free stuff to make a lot of friends when people pay for it its not so nice for junk

Why put 4k at all if it's trash the dji mini is 2.7 and it's ok I saw the regular Cfly faith mini and it looks good for the price this looks big is it more than 250grams?

This drone has a place alright; but not even in a budget drone. How will it manage a level 5 wind resistance with that obstacle Avoidance device mounted on top like that. Anyway, great video Chad!

Hi Cousin Chad , I was actually laughing so hard when i saw this popped up in my Notifications ! I said What ? Chad is planning to be up all night with a Headache after Testing this thing out ? Then honestly. I was hoping for the best cause i would actually buy one amd take some pressure off flying my more expensive drones and probably save some money !!! The C-fly , looks kinda nice though , it is not a bad looking drone but i am not so sure about ever going back to Stress again Chad , i have had my share of problems with these types of products , take care Cuz , A Very Nice and Straight to the Point Review as Usual. What? 2001 webcams had 1/4 of VGA resolution. I remember that my 2005's webcam was VGA. The video of Faith 2 is pretty good for the majority of people who are happy with 2,8k resolution. Particularly I don't need 4k or 8k. But if you're a professional video maker, that's another thing.

Any and all forms of Competition is a good thing. Some of these things seem like the hired opposition concept. I do like the little robot on top, wonder if it comes with a Face? The available camera rates make this not worth more than 50 bucks. It's not up to any tasks of a camera Drone and wont fly acrobatically either. Big NOGO! At least the APP can meat basic Security and is available on the Google store, Unlike that spyware from DjI.

What's the difference from "faith 2" to "faith 2 se"? And also to "faith 1 mini"? It's all confusing to me. I'm choosing one to buy and they look pretty much the same.

Great review Chad! Honest and straight up to the point when it comes to the obvious flaws that it has. C-Fly has a looong way to go. It’s a shame that this drone just doesn’t meet the standards and expectations of the drone community. Oh well, off to the next! You did an awesome job on the video but can’t say the same about the drone. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Thanks Bro...and thanks for making this possible. In this community, the camera is key. 15fps doesn't cut it. After looking at a few reviews of the Faith 2, it appears they made the camera worse on the SE. The Faith 2 at least had 30fps. They should have never included 4k on the SE and just offered 2.7k and fined tuned it.

@@ChadB You got it bro. I completely am in agreement that 15fps just doesn’t cut it, even if its a toy grade drone. The Faith2 has a great camera and films in 30fps but the firmware and unreliable WiFi connection was its flaw. Not sure why they put this out with such an inferior camera on it but I have a feeling that it was just for beta use and that they’ll release another version with a better camera with better processor chip in the future. But by then, people will have lost faith in it. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Hopefully someone at C-Fly watches this and takes pointers. Thanks for the shout out bro. God bless you.

@@DroneSyndrome DJI Mini SE doesn't shoot in 4k at all. Why are you crying about 15fps. Although I do admit even in 25fps it looks choppy somehow. I don't know why. 25fps should look smoother. And maybe you should compare this C-Fly to other drones in this price range to be fair? I bought the C-Fly Faith Mini. My biggest issue is the follow-me not working. It points the camera at everything but me. And worst of all I can't use the sticks!!!! I wish those Chinese programmers rode bikes so they get it right. So far my L109 Pro is the only budget drones that can be used in real life when it comes to the follow-me feature. You wouldn't know of course since you drone reviewers just stand in one spot moving your thumbs. (and then crash it against a hill and wonder how that is possible) But overall the C-fly Faith Mini isn't all that terrible. Not saying people shouldn't save up for a DJI Mini. ut don't forget a DJI Mini 2 SE with extra battery and Maven or Litchi (which you will need if you do more then fly a drone around a bit) is $500. That's more than twice the price of a C-Fly Faith. So please stop comparing a $200 drone with a $500 drone.

@@DroneSyndrome And wouldn't it be great for me if drone reviewers finally know how to test the follow-me feature and mention if it has the vital homepoint-update option. But they never ever do. Drone people are not exactly the active types. Why would anyone get a drone to film your backyard? Get your ass on a bicycle if you want to know how good or bad a drone truly is. That is when it all comes together, the controls, the features, the camera and gimbal quality, the easy of use. Now I can only guess.

But not everyone has a bike or likes to ride a bike, so it’s kind of silly to say, “get your butt on a bike a ride...” and when you say, “drone people aren’t the active types” how do you know how active drone people are? And what people are you referring to, being that you addressed your comment to me? Also, I personally don’t have a “backyard” I have hectares but you probably didn’t know that. And again, it’s ok. As for the follow me on the Faith Mini-it sucks, plain and simple. I rarely use these goofy intelligent features on a cheap budget drone bc they don’t work properly and I never expect them to.
