You can actually track the target closer for “follow me” and “orbit” especially in manual. Also, you forgot to mention that it has a new gimbal wheel sensitivity function as well as a RTH height setting. As for “Sport Mode” the gimbal locks and it turns into what you would call FPV Mode similar to what the DJI Mini 2 has. It also has a Cinematic Mode or “C. Mode” that makes the video look very smooth and well, cinematic! 😄

I've been looking at drones for 2 years, trying to find this type of video clarity, and picture clarity without the fisheye effect, this is the drone. I purchased this drone with two batteries for $350 and change in the United States, and I recommend it to anybody looking for a budget drone. @@SW-Video I've flown mine three times since I've received it a week ago, the drones flight seems to be flawless the video is good they fixed several things like the speed of the gimbal rotation is less jerky now, the drone is a stable as it can be even in windy conditions it's rock solid, and the video is really flawless. For a drone with two batteries for under $400 I think it's a good value, best price and it's class.

That isn't bad -- Reminds me of the DJI Mavic Air with a Spark body. I'd get this for when I in those DJI restricted places but am just going to fly 50 feet up such as a real estate home.

Dang good pic quality from this unit. I always though the Bugs lineup was the better entry level unit. If this were available when I 1st started, I'd kept it just for fun. This is what the people starting out should jump on!!!

MJX Bugs and SJRC F11 are stiil the best starters, C-Fly is out of the price range, and has a slightly different feature set. It's somewhere in between Bugs and FIMI. If you've got enough money, I'd suggest buying a FIMI X8 SE 2020 instead, it's got a better camera, bigger range, and wide availability of accessories like camera lens filters. But this one is still very impressive, especially for the price tag.

This is surprisingly good. The gimbal is pretty much rock-solid, with no jelly effect. Too bad they wouldn't update the app to allow the camera options with the earlier models, like the first Faith and the EX4.

Hi This is a one year reaction to CFLY2 2021 or 2022 plus version they are basically the same except the 2022 plus has a cooling fan and battery’s are interchangeable. I am nick nameing them the 90 meter drone , no matter how high I set the hight is likely to return to home (Rth signal loss) distance is over a mile, good drone for a park but I won’t use it for anything over 90 meter’s, reliable yes .

The image should remain smooth even with wind. Carry the drone around in your hand and film and it should be smooth as well as long as you don't make jarring movements.

Height would be shown in the specs (usually the same as your country allows). If connection is lost it returns to the location it took off from.

So i got myself one and i realized mine has a different belly design from what I see in online videos and pictures including yours. it has an inbuilt cooling fan. Does yours also have an inbuilt fan?

A fan is a good thing. All good drones have fans to remove the heat from the transmission system.

The arms only open so far (no clicking). Just look down at your drone (unfolded) and make sure it looks like the drone in this video and pretty much every other drone with foldable arms.

Sounds like a calibration is required. Have a look at what can be calibrated on the drone.

Silly question...do the sticks on controller return to center if you let them, or stay where you last pushed them? Awesome review, received mine today,but things look a bit peculiar. Even the drone switches off on ground in idle after two minutes or so

Yes, that is true, to Sony camera sensor is very, very good. If I compare it to DJI mini3 Pro drone, then I get better, sharper video footage. And this for 3x less money as DJI. Good beginner video drone.

It only fits in one way, just like any electronic device that takes a micro SD card on the planet. If it does not go in, don't force it, as that would be the wrong way.

For every drone on the planet, always remove at least 5 mins from the rated flight time. So if you see 30 min flight time, in reality it is 25 mins. That last 5 mins is for the return to home.

Update from our problem that we couldn't open the app. The problem we had is that the telephone setting language was for Slovakian. We changed it to English and it worked. We tested it on other telephones and that was the problem… That other languages were not allowing the app to open but then we changed it to English and it worked. So that's the fix for us. I hope it helps others if they have that problem. It took us one month to find this out.

The majority of people in the drone hobby buy an under 250 due to the fact it is under 250 grams and are ok with the fact that it lacks desirable features because they already own a drone with full features that does what the Mini doesn't do.

You will need a wall/phone charger with an output of 2.0 a 5v it works good for me
