That particular drone must have a problem in the software, my CFLY Faith Mini (Original first one) is more stable, is their a way to update the onboard software ? I got mine from Bang-good very happy with it, it's a pity that their not all of same class.

I also had drone off Bang-good.As for software update C-Fly don't seem too update their software for some unknown reasons unlike other drone manufacturers.Very poor customer service also they are known for it apparently.
