C-FREE Steering Committee and Partners Meeting, 2 July 2024

On July 2, 2024, Dreamlopments Foundation organized the C-FREE Steering Committee and Partners Meeting 2024, which brought together representatives from multiple government institutions, Community-Based Organizations (CBO), funding agencies, and academic and research partners.
This important meeting allowed to reflect on the achievements and impact of the C-FREE model of care, and how it will continue to strengthen the national programs integrating community healthcare services against high-burden diseases for most at-risk populations.
