Incredible insights from the guest and the host. We’re hiring blockchain senior dev in Vn but it seems a hard road for us because most of the resumes coming from fresh graduates, or junior devs. Without senior human resources, we cannot break through the barrier between ‘fork’ apps and truly innovative apps, which we’re looking for.
