E verdade o tempo voa,ha 20 anos atras estava morando em Xangai(Shanhai). Para bons tempos da minha juventude, essa musica e uma daquelas que faz lembrar do passado com nostalgia 😊.
In 2003, I was in a boba shop in California when this music video was playing. I had never really listened to Chinese music before then, and this song singlehandedly got me into becoming not only a fan of Jolin Tsai, but Chinese music altogether. Nearly a decade ago, I stopped following Chinese music, but just started again this week in 2020. I'm so happy to see that Jolin is still releasing new music and doing well in the industry.

@@Yuriwinwin you are wrong. Group are only popular for korean. Chinese are still based on solo for popularity. Group for chinese industry will disband after one year except I think an older group called she. I think. Wasn't sure about she because when they debuted I wasn't born haha.

@@933roastduck I agree there aren't that many successful Chinese idol groups. But that doesn't mean there aren't other types of groups that are successful. There is F.I.R., Mayday, Fahrenheit. I don't really listen to Chinese music as much but I think the only reason why it seems like groups are popular is because they are replicating the Korean Produce 101 or similar concepts to create girl groups. To me, that's like American Idol, no matter how many rounds you go through, the true successes are only Kelly Clarkson and Carrie Underwood. Not many group will last long enough to actually make it long term. I agree with you that S.H.E. is probably the most successful Chinese girl group having been put together through a singing contest. They're like S.E.S.; I totally see them coming together even when they work on solo projects.

Jolin is totally taking on much more daring and unique song concepts. If you haven't seen it already, you should take a look at her Mama performance for the song Play. But this song (Shuo Ai Ni) is still one of my favourites.
