Old time craftmen are a dying breed.. All around the world. The silent knowledge. From master to apprentice. No computer can replace that.

im a trinidadian. although i dislike many aspects of my culture. there are many more that i wish would be better appreciated. such as the steel pan as it is known to me. although i dont particularly admire its music usually, i can still admire its value in general as a musical instrument. and believe that many of my fellowmen could benefit from learning to produce, play and market this instrument. as each person that becomes involved adds his or her own stile and therefor increases the likelihood of the pan to evolve. '' I bet my bottom dollar it have plenty moh things people could do with a steel pan.''
