Unit arrived as customer complained machine down on power when it warms up. On stripping the unit engineer identified wear on the cylinder block and valve plate. Therefore we replaced all worn parts together with bearings and seals as standard.
Unit now back to OEM standards and back on the machine working.

To insert the rotating groups you need to heat the the housing 230F and assemble the the drive shaft and driven shaft with all bearings retaining plate barrel and pistons center pin is threaded use an auxiliary screw and washer hold the rotating group together with the cup spring and shim stack and barrel to be assembled before hand. Note the timing marks on the drive and driven shaft during installation.

I notice that on most of your hydraulic motor and pump rebuilds that it is not necessary to match each piston with its original bore. Aren't they supposed to be matched up? Good vid all the same.
