As everyone else has already said, this version of C-Moon is much better than what we got (not that the anime version is bad, I would say it was underwhelming, but this one is like two heads higher). Although it's hard to understand what it's saying. I honestly don't know if he talked Japanesse or some other language. But still a great design.
