The light is near. A family member of mine served over 20 years I never lost hope. He left when I was a teenager. One of the happiest days of my life is when I took that 4 hour drive to pick him up from the prison. God is good I was so thankful he finally got out to see, speak to, and hug his parents again who are still here today one was born in the 1920s and the other in 1930s. It's 2018 he's still out. I got a Jury trial coming 🆙 soon I been asking for trial since June 2016 when I lied to in district court. the DA said if i didnt take the rocketdocket diversion i would get a new charge I asked why!? my Public defender says well idk why. he said to me like cops lie they do to in order to get people to take pleas. can a prosicuter lie on the record and under oath? when I dismissed my public defender to seek my own private attorney the judge says in record you better come back with a lawyer or you can represent your self! the circuit court judge said this to me after I asked for one more month to obtain counsel and asked the judge if a prosicuter can lie to get me to take a rocket docket diversion? That's when she said i don't have time for this we ain't going there and we need to hurry up and rap this up so Id better have a attorney or i could represent my self Mr know it all! she says this on the record. I was polite. when i came back the next court date she was nice and i been asking for a trial singe June 2016 and they offered me deals I said No No No No No. my lawyer and I said trial trial trial trial trial trial. its going to be 2018 until i get a chance to get a trial. has my 6th amendment rights to a speedy trial been violated if you was on a jury what would you think about what i have told you
