2015 received service-connected ratings for 0% rating for left hip trochanteric pain syndrome (also claimed as bilateral hip condition) 0% rating for right hip trochanteric pain syndrome (also claimed as bilateral hip condition) 0% rating for left wrist strain, non-dominant (also claimed as bilateral wrist condition) 0% rating for left knee strain (also claimed as left knee condition) 10% rating for right shoulder strain, dominant Would that mean each of these because ratings, even if I have full range of motion, because the hurt and have pain, they should receive the minimum ratings in each join of 10% and 20% for the shoulder?

You should stop at the pain. If you are experiencing pain, do not push through it. Thinking back on our C&P exam, did you push through pain to get to the maximum range of motion? Has your pain increased since that decision? Has your range of motion decreased? Just some things to consider as you decide if reopening theses claims is the right move for you.
