Hi Mrs Irani Thank you for your recipe. Can u please help me with Vasanu recipe . I hv my Grannies recipe , but she has not mentioned the amount of sugar and proportion of water . And when to add ginger powder is it to be roasted in the ghee or not So please help if u know.. Thank you

@@pradnyabhatt7730 it's very easy. A cup of maida, a cup of wheat flour, a cup of sugar, a cup of curd, a table spoon of ghee, a pinch of elaichi n nutmeg powder and a few drops of vanilla extract. Mix all n for a dough ball. Keep overnight covered. Next morning roll out in thick circle n cut small discs with cookie cutter or a steel vati. Deep fry in a mix of oil n ghee till golden brown on medium flame.🙏
