C Question 5: What are const and volatile keywords?

In this, we will learn about const and volatile keywords in details. They are called as qualifiers in C. The 'const' keyword is used for creating symbolic constants and 'volatile' keyword allows external alteration of a variable. The video explains both the keywords with appropriate examples.
