Please pray for me. I'm in severe pain every night when i lie down. I get terrible nerve pain in my neck and wind up with crippling migraines all next day. Pain in the day and when i sleep. No escape, no relief. God have mercy on me

Prayers that when you feel discouraged, take things one day at a time .Let go and let God and pray for strength.

Prayers that God will lead you to something that will be beneficial to relieve you pain. Maybe some stretching or a change I your diet. Anti-inflammatory foods. Avocados and other foods can have amazing benefits. Also celery has anti-inflammatory compounds. Avoid sugar, remember his ways are different. May God bless you.
