Lord Richard, you are a born Franck interpreter. You have so spectacularly registered the Priere and let the music ebb and flow like a prayer proffered by a devout Christian. God bless you, Lord Richard, for providing a healing salve for us lowly mortals. I will also say that your interpretation, imho, exceeds that of Jeanne Demessieux who was my favorite interpreter of Franck when I was in my formative years. Respectfully yours...

Perfect tempo Richard! Some organists play the Priere too fast. The slower the better - it allows the melody to sing. Such a wonderful piece of music, very unique for sure. Bravo.

Thanks Richard, one my my favourite Franck too and beautifully done here. Surely one of the most challenging slow movements - perhaps that's why it's not heard as often as it deserves.
