Ingredients for this recipe :
बचे हुए चावल का नाश्ता
चावल - १ कप (२०० ग्राम​)(पानी में ३ घंटों तक भीगा हुआ)
दही - १/२ कप​
आलू (छोटा आकार​) - ४, उबले हुए
जीरा - १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
हरी मिर्च - २, बारीक कटी हुई
गाजर (कद्दू कस) - २ चम्मच​
शिमला मिर्च (मध्यम आकार​) - १/२, कटी हुई
मूंगफ़ली (दरदरी) - १/४ कप​
अदरक - १ इन्च (कद्दू कस​)
प्याज (मध्यम आकार​) - १, बारीक कटा हुआ
धनिया के पत्ते - २ चम्मच​
नमक - १ छोटा चम्मच​
बेसन - २ चम्मच​
खाद्य तेल - १ चम्मच​
मीठा सोडा - १/४ छोटा चम्मच​

Rice -1 cup (200 gm) (soaked in water for 3 hours)
Curd/ Yogurt - ½ cup
Potato (small size) - 4, boiled
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Green Chilli - 2, finely chopped
Carrot (grated) - 2 table spoon
Capsicum (medium size) - ½, finely chopped
Peanuts (ground) - ¼ cup
Ginger - 1 inch (grated)
Onion (medium size) - 1, finely chopped
Coriander leaves - 2 table spoon
Salt - 1 tsp
Gramflour - 2 table spoon
Edible Oil - 1 table spoon
Baking Soda - ¼ tsp
