Ingredients for this recipe :
आटे का नाश्ता
आटा - १ कप (१३० ग्राम​)
नमक - १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
दही - १/२ कप​
प्याज (बडा आकार​) - १, बारीक कटा हुआ
धनिया के पत्ते - १/२ कप​
हल्दी पाउडर - १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
खाद्य तेल - १ चम्मच​
राइ (सरसों) - १ छोटा चम्मच​
जीरा - १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
हरी मिर्च - २, बारीक कटी हुई
कढी पत्ता - ७ से ८ पत्ते
मूंगफ़ली (भूनकर पीसी हुई) - १/४ कप (४० ग्राम​)

Wheat flour - 1 cup (130 gm)
Salt - ½ tsp
Curd/ Yogurt - ½ cup
Onion (big size) - 1, finely chopped
Coriander leaves - ½ cup
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Edible Oil - 1 table spoon
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Green Chilli - 2, finely chopped
Curry leaf - 7 to 8 leaves
Peanuts (roasted & ground) - ¼ cup (40 gm)
